CDS Academy
of Martial Arts
I enjoy doing karate because it is fun. It has taught me alot of things like how to protect myself in case of danger. Mr. Craig and Mrs. Diane are really nice instructors and I hope to continue karate.
I went to karate so I could develop myself. I also went to karate so I could defend myself. I have learned all different punches and kicks.

What Karate has done for me... It has given me something fun to look forward to. It's helped me lose some weight, I've met new people, and it helps me to get my energy and anger out.
-Eric (age 11)
I have learned how to defend myself. I can get the person away from me without hurting them, and that is how karate has helped me.

CDS provides a great opportunity to not only learn the martial arts but to grow yourself both mentally and physically. Whether striking, defending, learning balance and control, you constantly have to push your mental and physical self to the limits. To me, there is no better feeling then to be confronted with a challenge and surpass that challenge; with CDS you have that opportunity with every class. I have highly recommended CDS to ALL of my friends. - Trip
Karate has given me the opportunity to focus on myself and learn how to protect myself. It has also given me a chance to recondition not only my body but also my mind. I have also gained self confidence through training and practicing. Thank you Mr. Craig and Mrs. Diane.
